Hi to you all.  I'm Kate Gladders and I have been newly appointed to implement our sales strategy for Spark.  I will be taking care of customer service, presentations and the ongoing development of our customer base.

Jon and Charlie has got me hard at it, refurbishing our shop area and I am pleased to say, I have made great progress over the Christmas shutdown period.

I look forward to developing relationships with existing and new customers in the New Year as we aim to provide an ever increasing quality of service.

Well, the last 6 weeks have been a busy time for sure. We have:

• Successfully recruited to our  key Sales/Admin post and to our Picture Framer Role (more on our exciting new team members soon!)
• Bought in a new telephone system
• Extended 3 phase power into our additional workshop spaces
• Bought in lots of new equipment
• Met with partners to explore the opportunities for joint working and commissioning. (more this later)
• Been approached by several agencies about providing work experince and training for their clients.  
• Got our IT better organised and purchased new resources.
• Collected our award on the 34th floor of BT tower.

......and all this while welding and framing our fantastic products of course!!
